Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is a goal we work toward, not a claim of full conformance.
What we've done
- Semantic page structure with headings, landmarks, and a “Skip to content” link.
- Full keyboard operation, including the menu, display settings, and forms, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and controls designed to meet WCAG AA color-contrast levels.
- Form fields with visible labels, inline error messages, and announced success or error results.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at high zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Animation that turns off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
Display settings
The Aa button in the page header opens display settings for larger text, higher contrast, and reduced motion. Your choices are saved only in your browser (local storage on your device). They aren't sent to us, and you can reset them at any time. Your browser's own zoom and your device's contrast and motion settings also work on this site.
How we test
We check pages with automated accessibility testing (axe-core), keyboard-only navigation, text enlarged to 200%, narrow mobile widths equivalent to 400% zoom, and the reduced-motion and high-contrast settings. Automated tools can't find every problem, and we have not yet completed a full manual review with screen readers.
Known limitations
- Screen-reader testing has been limited; some announcements may not be ideal with every screen reader and browser combination.
- Content provided by third parties, such as our form provider's own pages, is outside our control.
